Curriculum Summaries

Politics

This subject is only studied at A Level. 

In the first year of the course, girls acquire a good, working knowledge of the British political system and how it has developed and changed in recent years.

In the second year of the course, girls study key British political issues such as economic policy making, welfare policy, law and order policy and environmental policy.  In addition, they also study the development, workings and policies of the EU.
